Confusing rating scale

I see some people writing Ltn as if it's higher then sub-5, it's weird. I always thought it was 1-10 (0-3/10=sub-3/subhuman), 4-4.9/10=Ltn, 5-5.9/10 MTN, 6-6.9/10 htn, 7-7.9/10=chadlite, 8-8.9/10= Chad 9/10 adamlite and 10 true adam. Isn't it this way? Like sub-5 is Ltn, some people are saying Ltn is higher then sub-5
