Confusing ratios

I have a 14cm zygo width, 65mm ipd, 46% esr and 30 mm pfl, so in theory my eyes should be 1 eye width apart, but they are barley my pfl apart, does anyone know why my icd is so narrow but the rest of my eye spacing measurements are good?

You have sub 30mm ICD? That's pretty narrow and I'd be surprised if you had 65mm IPD with your measurements unless your eyes are very laterally shifted in your orbit.

My esr is 46% I also have a very thick nose bridge which makes it look even closer
