People think you need to get fat to train muscles
These are two entirely different processes in the body. It’s not like fat is some kind of requirement for protein synthesis to occur
Just focus on building muscle and eat right
You should never need to be fat or gain weight in life except to lean tissue gain, which happens slowly over years through hard training with great discipline
