connected my airpod pros to my macbook while having music playing and the sound randomly shot to max volume - will my ears be ok

ffs why the fuck do these headphones suddenly shoot to max volume when i connect them to my mac, i legit got blasted with max volume music in my ears for 2-3 seconds (like 100db), you guys reckon my hearings been damaged in any way
