Pros on the north side:
No niggers in the streets
Cheap houses (500K$ for a decent house)

Cons on the north side:
Shit salary (10$-12$ an hour max)
Hard to find a job
Less night clubs and bars

Pros on the central side:
Insane amounts of nightclubs and parties on the streets
Minimum salary is like 20$
Good Accessbillity to the all the decent cities surreonding in the metropolitan

Cons of the central side:
One bathroom in cities such as Tel aviv can cost around 300K$ and the minimum for a decent house is probably 2M$ at least
Niggers in the streets
Rent is minimum 2000$ a month for a normal house
Too many people outside and lack of oxygen and privacy
Too many homos and lesbians

You can just charge the Rav Kav thing for a month it's probably less than 200$ to travel around all country
