What's realistically bad about getting this surgery? People say balding will reveal the scar but if you're balding it's over for you anyway, so what's the point of caring if you have some scar on your forehead. You can hair system max when you start balding too.

There are virtually no cons to a hair line lowering procedure other than the scar which can be easily covered up with a hair transplant. Although you'd have to keep an eye on your balding and hop on fin the second you notice any recession/thinning otherwise you'll look retarded considering you'd be balding from your old hairline.
wdym it's over anyway
i'd rather be nw1 with a normal hairline than nw1 with a scar

lowering your hairline doesn't solve balding, it's supposed to fix your hairline if it's uneven or high from birth.

But you'll get a hair transplant over your scar anyway and prevent hairloss with fin/minox.

Water that's what it's for.

If you are not balding there are no cons besides the scar which can get fixed by a minor hair transplant

but if you get a slightly receeded hairline its over

keep in mind that scars look different depending on your skip type, if you're really pale for example scars have this reddish hue that make them very visible, similar to an old stretch mark.

Scar line is a risk with hairline lowering if you have balding genes. I’m just gonna get hair transplant in autumn tbh, and it’s not as expensive. Don’t want to risk getting a scar. Those fuckers better add good density

Doesn’t hairline lowering raise your eyebrows ? If so that’s a huge flaw of it

It does not since it's the scalp area that gets moved mostly, not the forehead area.
