what do you guys think of the results? is the after uncanny? can i achieve results similar?

supra implant
pyriform aperture implants (around pyriform aperture for paranasal projection and also anterior nasal spine for better nasolabial angle and philtrum contour)

but what about supras, chin, maxilla and midface hollowing? and why do you say alarplasty?

your chin is fine already if you got a genio it would just look uncanny

its not tall enough and thus makes my lower third my weakest third, i want a more dominant mandible and acute jfa so genio will help with that, it can be minor

plus if i advance my maxilla and general midface projection my mandible will be warranted to more projection as well

your chin looks fine i can barely notice that and yeah you will have to move your mandible too but no reason to get a genioplasty a bsso will project your chin enough alr

bsso is overkill and wont change chin height
