It’s because the laws are against conservatives. Most courts are packed with left leaning judges that’ll go down hard on conservatives. Punish your enemies and reward your friends.
Do you see most leftists? They are almost always riddled with more asymmetry in there face, less physical dominance, and more mental illness. This has been studied.
