Plan is similar to a staggered calories intake where you do every other day except it’s one day every 3rd. I always notice that’s the hardest day where I’m very low on energy and shakey
This way my intake will look like 1300/1300/2300/1300/1300/2300 and repeat
Means my new weekly intake is 11.1 k calories with a maintenance of 17.2 k calories
So I should still loose weight at almost the same pace
