Considering adding 1000 calories every 3 days to my diet

Plan is similar to a staggered calories intake where you do every other day except it’s one day every 3rd. I always notice that’s the hardest day where I’m very low on energy and shakey

This way my intake will look like 1300/1300/2300/1300/1300/2300 and repeat

Means my new weekly intake is 11.1 k calories with a maintenance of 17.2 k calories


So I should still loose weight at almost the same pace

I wish I could be eating low calories is so hard


Why can I eat 4k in a meal and 6k in a day but not 1k a day
jfl i was eating 1000-1200 cal a day early last year

Just eat 1700 or 1800 bud

If I eat 1300 and then have an extra meal it’s going to be a lot more

I’m doing it based of how much it feels like I’m eating not calorie wise
