I’m a bit scared of DJS + genio. The surgeon said:
Mandible and maxilla, osteotomy or osteectomies of, involving 2 such procedures of each jaw; including transposition of nerves and vessels and bone grafts taken from the same site and stabilisation with fixation by wires, screws, plates or pins or any combination.
