I saw how those work at a physical therapy internship but only for musculoskeletal purposes. I don’t know if they would be better than aqualyx tbh.

i mean supposedly they also help with skin too? In theory wouldnt upping up the voltage and using it over long term on the cheeks burn the fat?

In theory maybe, but you also have to take into account the precision. Fat pads on your face are smaller and aqualyx is more precise since it’s being directly invasive into the fat whereas cavitation is non invasive and less precise.
