Considering DIY surgery

I'm somewhat low inhib and I'm thinking about doing gynecomastia surgery on myself. It's one of my biggest insecurities. I don't have puffy nipples but actual pointy titties lol. It's as straight forward as surgery gets tbh. Just make an incision at the edge of the areola, remove the tissue, and sow the incision shut. My main concern isn't infection or blood loss but messing up my nipples when I sow everything closed. Does anyone know where I can buy local anesthesia online that's legit? All the other equipment is easily available online and I'll buy some of those suture kits to practice so I don't botch my areolas.
