Was rotting on the internet and came across videos of the Pottenger’s cat experiment, Masai tribe and eskimos eating raw meat and fell into a rabbit hole of nutrition shit. I slowly transitioned into the diet and once I had noticed no gut issues and a maintenance of my healthy weight and lean body then I just kept going with it and felt better overall.

Animals are raised at farms and butchers purely and are very good sources of meat such as liver and pork the reason you see parasites and get information that raw meat is bad is because animals nowadays are raised on pasteurized milk and bad quality processed meat. There's a documentary done in the 1960's (forgot the name) of predatory cats being fed cooked, raw, and shredded meat, and cooked meat cats had substantially underdeveloped bones and things of that sort.
