Conservative amounts placed strategically, until you can afford something more permenant. Or dissolve every 4 months and re-inject (I can't be arsed to do that).

For example, I am going to get chin filler until I can afford to get sliding genioplasty.

I don't have personal experience with filler as I'm not dumb enough to get any. There are little to no cases where it doesn't end up migrating or being a waste of money.

how much is it?

Depends where you go. Im uk, nice area, so its like 225£ a ml! But to me, £450 to fix my subhuman (sike its ltn) chin is worth it. Its good return on investment imo.

But some people do it DIY at home for like £35 a ml (this is risky)
