considering getting a hair transplant

i think if i get it my hairs will grow without even taking finasteride afterwards. I just need someone to puncture my temples 1000 times with a deep needle so all the calcification breaks up. the hair in the back of my head is so thick and healthy. my main issue with balding norwood 3 is my calciied temples .

my hair looks like this almost exactly im only 22, i would still classify myself as norwood 3
