So easy when you train 3x a week
Its enough for 90% of gains + so easy 4 rest days a week is insane

you think 3 days is best? I try doing at least 5. Should i reduce it

When I do workout (not this year) I also do 3 days but that's because I can't do legs

I Mean yeah , i dont train legs too
But 3 days is enough for 90% of muscle gains
4 days is more than enough for max gains but its harder to keep up , the rest days really add up
Ideal is 3 days , its the easiest to keep up to and you already get the high majority of hyperthropy for muscle growth

I do 5 days and i barely see some shit in 6 months

Tell me how a workout day of yours looks like
I get ready i drink some white monster wait like 5 10 mijs get some sugar in
I get the dumbells up
I usually start with shoulders or back
Then i do biceps etc
Forearms etc
Triceps etc
Then i either finish with a core finisher or a wrist finisher
I always like to finish my routine off with
some optional extra shoulder sets
Takes 1hr to 1hr and 15 mins depending on the finishers
Then i eat 110+ g protein minimum and i sleep
If i cant sleep well i make sure to take a 3hr nap throughout the day

I dont hit all at once , but i hit all my upperbody through out the week
If i hit shoulders for example i rest the muscle 48 hrs before doing shoulder sets again , it perfectly fits the 3 days a week thing

I do 3-4 sets it depends

Honestly if you dont do legs 3 days is litteraly fully enough

Your body builds muscle during rest , make sure to rest very well
Its more important than anything

I do

I hit only two muscle groups per day eg chest & biceps, next back & triceps, shoulders & legs etc then start again with chest

You should put stress on each muscle group 48-72 hrs ideally
Dont let it overrest

ive noticed how efficient 3 days a week is for gains, i used to be a fucking avid gymcel doing 6 days a week not realising how much i was cooking my cns, the 4 days rest is insane

Yeah man i always remember quitting after 2 weeks because retarded gymcels told me to gym 5+ a week
Genuinely 4 rest days are so good you barely even workout really :lul:

i switched to 3 days due to wanting to make an academic lock in and have started to genuinely not only prefer it but see massive amounts of progress from 3days a week

why don't you train legs??? i feel like they kind make the upper body look better
