Consistency is the ONLY Thing That Matters in Looksmaxxing

He’s been getting Botox for years, multiple face lifts after 35 years old. Personal chef to eat healthy and stay under 12% bf. Probably takes TRT, stem cells, HGH, NAD+. You’re a midwit if you think A listers don’t do everything they can do lookmax.

There’s a reason why they never admit to anything beyond “chicken, broccoli” , “moisturize and wear sunscreen”.

Gaslight normies to think you are just naturally attractive. It’s not hard to recognize if you’re above room temp IQ.
Yes I know about the whole botox and facelifts thing. Still he smokes and party a lot, which is detrimental. So it offsets eventually.

HGH and TRT is shitty for looks and ages you too btw

You’re acting as if people with the best genetics don’t also consistently act to maintain them. The two are not mutually exclusive.

No shit having a better genetic starting point is ideal.

The whole point of OP’s thread is that the people on this forum have to be consistent to improve their looks.

Lookmaxxing isn't a sprint; it's a goddamn marathon. And the only way to win a marathon is by putting one foot in front of the other, day after fucking day.

CONSISTENCY IS KING.

Every softmax worth your effort takes time. It's the aggregate of your efforts over time that yields results.

This isn't about avoiding a sunburn today (ofc, don't be a dumbass and fry your skin); it's about preventing cumulative sun damage over years. To illustrate:

Say, a good sunscreen can block 90% of UV radiation. That means for every 10 years you consistently wear sunscreen, you're effectively experiencing only one year's worth of sun damage.

Think about that. One year versus ten.

That’s a 90% reduction in the aging effects of the sun. Missing a day here and there won't kill you, but consistency is key to maximizing that protective effect over the long haul.

Find a decent broad-spectrum mineral sunscreen and slather that shit on every. single. day. No excuses. Once you’ve built that habit, then you can worry about optimizing.

Because if you really take the core message to heart, you'd outperform 95% of people—not just in looksmaxing but in anything.
The difference is consistency. Most people quit when it gets hard.
  • Played guitar for a week, got bored? Someone else stuck with it for 3 years and now plays anything they want.
  • Tried Duolingo for two weeks and quit? Someone else kept practicing every day and is now traveling the world effortlessly speaking new languages.
  • Went to the gym for a month and gave up? Someone else stayed consistent for years and now looks like an Instagram model.
If I had stayed consistent with even a few things, I’d probably be speaking four languages, in peak shape, and making money off tangible skills or a platform I built through years of steady work.

Faith definitely helps, but I think consistency doesn’t always require it upfront. Sometimes, it’s about starting even when you’re unsure, and the results over time build that faith. Like, maybe you don’t fully believe you’ll look like an IG model when you hit the gym, but you go anyway, and as you see progress, it reinforces your belief.

The key is action first, even without faith, because consistency itself can create the confidence and clarity you’re missing. Without it, you’re stuck in the same spot, doubting what’s possible.

CONSISTENCY IS KING.

Every softmax worth your effort takes time. It's the aggregate of your efforts over time that yields results.

Sunscreen
View attachment 3209879

Skincare
View attachment 3209890

Same principle.

Good skincare isn't about pampering. Yes, don't buy any low-quality garbage, and do some initial research, but once you've found what works, don't get distracted by the next shiny thing.

Cleanse, treat, moisturize. Every. Single. Day.

Don't give me that "Muh, I'm too tired :pepefrown: " bullshit. It takes two minutes. Two fucking minutes. Don't be a lazy fuck.

The Gym
View attachment 3209895

"Muh, should I do 3 sets of 8 reps or 5 sets of 5? I'm not sure which will maximize my bicep peak. :feelsuhh: "

Bro, you haven't even picked up a dumbbell yet. Just fucking lift.

Muscle growth is a physiological process that takes time.

Form is important, yes. Nail down the basics to avoid injury (which, by the way, KILLS consistency). Then focus on hitting the gym regularly. Heavy compound lifts are your friend. Don't worry about optimizing every single set and rep. Newbie gains are real.

Weight Loss
View attachment 3209911

Thermodynamics. Calories in, calories out. Simple as that. Yeah, whole foods are better. But if you’re stuffing your face with processed crap and wondering why you’re not losing weight, you're a moron. Consistent calorie deficit. Period.

Fin, Dut, Min (topical, oral, whatever). Whatever your poison. Start that shit early. And once you start? Forget about it.

Don’t get sucked into the vortex of online horror stories. Block r/tressless, don't click on that "fin ruined my life" thread.

"Oh no, my left pinky toe itches. Must be the finasteride. :feelswhy: "

Call the ambulance.

Everything Else
MT2, eyebrows, beardmaxxing, volufiline, ice-hooding… all of it. It all takes time. Day in, day out. That’s the only way this shit works.

Stop overthinking. Stop procrastinating. Stop being a little bitch. Obsess over consistency. Complexity is the enemy. Build the habit first, then fine-tune that shit later.

The problem with many looksmaxxers is that they get too excited when they start to ascend once they have reached a goal, after that they lose their discipline and motivation and they start to looksmin

This is especially true for those in the LTN range because they are not used to receiving human treatment and get emotional too easily. You must keep a cool and humble mind, the journey is still long

Call the .
this is literally what qwen answered when I posted the nw2 to nw5 meme:
So I came across this image that seems to be making a point about finasteride, which is a drug often used for hair loss. There are two main sections labeled "NW2" and "NW5." In the NW2 section, there's a calm-looking guy with a speech bubble that says, "I will never use Finasteride. It's poison!" And in the NW5 section, there's a panicking guy surrounded by various medication boxes and bottles.

First off, I need to understand what NW2 and NW5 refer to. I'm guessing these are references to the Norwood-Hamilton stages of hair loss. NW2 would be a earlier stage of hair loss, and NW5 a more advanced stage. So, in the NW2 stage, the person is坚决不使用Finasteride,认为它是毒药。But by NW5阶段,当他看到更多的脱发时,他可能感到绝望并考虑其他药物。

Looking at the medications in the NW5 section, there are several boxes and bottles that I can see. One box says "Siferon," another "Diane-35," and there are other bottles that look like they might contain minoxidil or other topical treatments. So, it seems like in this more advanced stage of hair loss, the person is considering or using multiple medications, possibly because finasteride is no longer an option or didn't work as expected.

I wonder if the image is trying to convey that by refusing finasteride early on, perhaps out of fear of side effects or believing it's harmful, the person might end up in a situation where hair loss has progressed significantly, and they're desperate enough to try a range of other medications, some of which might have their own set of side effects or limitations.

It's interesting how the calm demeanor in NW2 shifts to panic in NW5. It's almost like a before-and-after scenario, showing the progression of hair loss and the changing attitudes towards treatment options. The speech bubble in NW2 is very definitive about not using finasteride, calling it "poison," which suggests a strong negative perception of the medication.

But then, in NW5, the person is surrounded by various medications, indicating a possible change in attitude or a sense of urgency to try anything that might help. The panicking expression could signify the stress and anxiety that come with more advanced hair loss.

This image seems to be commentary on the attitudes towards hair loss treatments, particularly finasteride. It might be suggesting that refusing evidence-based treatments due to unfounded fears or misinformation can lead to worse outcomes, forcing individuals to consider less effective or more invasive options later on.

I should also consider the effectiveness of the medications shown in NW5. For instance, Siferon appears to be a brand name for spironolactone, which is sometimes used off-label for hair loss, especially in women. Diane-35 is a contraceptive pill that's also used to treat acne and hirsutism, and it's sometimes prescribed for hair loss as well. Minoxidil is a topical treatment that can help regrow hair, but its effectiveness can vary.

So, perhaps the person in NW5 is trying a combination of these medications in hopes of finding something that works, having perhaps regretted not trying finasteride earlier.

Overall, this image seems to be a satirical take on the complexities and emotional toll of dealing with hair loss and the choices one makes regarding treatment options. It highlights the importance of considering all available information and potentially seeking professional advice when making decisions about health and well-being.

Final Answer

To answer this question, we need to identify which of the provided answer choices correctly fills in the blank in the sentence about Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's birthplace. The sentence is:

"Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the creator of Sherlock Holmes, was born in __________."

The options are:

a) London

b) Edinburgh

c) Glasgow

d) Manchester

We need to determine the correct birthplace of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Step 1: Background Knowledge

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle is a well-known author, famous for creating the detective Sherlock Holmes. He was born in the 19th century and was British.

Step 2: Consider Each Option

a) London: While London is a major city in the UK and the setting for many of Doyle's stories, we need to confirm if it was his actual birthplace.

b) Edinburgh: This is another major city in Scotland, known for its historical significance and educational institutions. Doyle studied medicine in Edinburgh, but was he born there?

c) Glasgow: Also in Scotland, Glasgow is a significant city, but again, we need to verify if it was his birthplace.

d) Manchester: Located in England, Manchester is known for its industrial heritage and cultural contributions. However, it seems less likely to be Doyle's birthplace based on his known connections to Scotland.

Step 3: Recalling Specific Information

I recall that Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. His early life and education were rooted in Edinburgh, which likely influenced his writing, including the creation of Sherlock Holmes.

Step 4: Confirming the Information

To ensure accuracy, I can cross-reference this information with reliable sources such as biographies, educational materials, or official historical records. However, based on my knowledge, I am confident that Edinburgh is the correct answer.

Step 5: Eliminating Incorrect Options

Given that, I can eliminate the other options:

a) London: While Doyle spent time in London and set many of his stories there, he was not born in London.

c) Glasgow: Doyle did not hail from Glasgow; his birthplace was Edinburgh.

d) Manchester: There is no evidence to suggest that Doyle was born in Manchester.

Final Answer

b) Edinburgh
