How do I get my hairstyle to be consistently good looking whilst also airdrying my hair? I have medium length grown out hair, it's grown from a buzz and it's around 7-8 inches, one day my hair looks good and others it looks like shit, what can I do? I don't have an airdryer.

Diamond face shape
2b Hair pattern
High Porosity
Fine or Medium hair type

TL;DR:
some days my hair is good, others its bad, need consistency.

leave in conditioner from as i am + aunt jackie’s curl gel and don’t scrunch or touch until 80-100% dry and you will have super moisturized and beautiful wavy hair
