My sleep is 9 hours , blood is good somthing is just off idk what to do anymore hydration isn’t bad food intake is good

most headaches are cause of hydration issues, even if ur drinking a gallon a day, ur electroyte intake being off can still give u headaches. there's also a million obscure causes tho

Snore sometimes if on my back yeah but my Apple Watch said my sleep is normal, but tbh I’m a mouth breather at night can’t help it

I mean I still ate normal just didn’t add salt to my eggs
