you're not gonna ascend with le fort 1 probably you can get maxillary downgraft and some rotation. The root cause is that your whole maxilla is recessed which includes the nasal bones. You would need a Le Fort 2 to ascend. Then you need an MSE / SARPE to expand laterally your maxilla, then finally get jaw implants.

But again legit no one does Le Fort 2 for aesthetics so in conclusion:

If you only get lefort 1 you will look very messed up. I would get a bimax with CCW and not too much advancement if I were you.

You're confused about multiple things. Your chin is recessed. If your jaw is positioned like this, it might be your occlusal plane. In that case, CCW only would be required, but I highly doubt that's the case.
And the position of the maxilla can only be indicated by looking at the paranasal support. You don't just look at your jaw and deduce that your maxilla is recessed, that's not how it works.

On the 2nd picture, the blue line perpendicular to the Frankfurt plane indicates an ideal amount of forward growth
However, as you can see, in the first picture your low lip touches the E-plane in green. This indicates mouth protrusion and/or a recessed chin.

Lol I wanted to point this out, but it has nothing to do with your maxilla. In fact, you have a better maxilla than Lachowski.
The reason why your facial index is around 180 deg in the morph is because of multiple things: You have a very high nasolabial angle, like 105 deg. While the ideal range 93-99 degrees (mean = 96deg). Why is that ? I think it's because of a high set columella, upturned nose tip, a flat mouth shape and perhaps an excessively tall lower third. Your nasal spine might also be slightly short. It's just the way your skull is made, it has nothing to do with your maxilla.

this is not accurate line match to my ramus but my ramus is not like lachowskis making me look rec essed and i think the maxilla is pushing my jaw downwards cuz my jaw angle is 120

Bimax won't do shit for you. Probably, end up a chimp from the side if you fuck up or no difference from the front if things go well.

Implants might work but tbh they just bloatmax you moost of the time. Fillers can give you angularity but you need to address your bloat first but they don't always last long.

You need darker eyebrows and longer eyelashes. You can get this by castor oil/minox. If not, look into eyebrow/eyelash transplants.

It's a minor flaw. A slightly more projected chin won't have that much impact on his appeal.

Best thing he can do is gymmax and NTmax. And maybe even shoe lifts to fraud to 6'4".
