Implants might work but tbh they just bloatmax you moost of the time. Fillers can give you angularity but you need to address your bloat first but they don't always last long.

You need darker eyebrows and longer eyelashes. You can get this by castor oil/minox. If not, look into eyebrow/eyelash transplants.

Lachowski's mandible plane is more parallel to the ground. So that could be because of multiple reasons: Either your ramus is too short or your lower third (including the chin, lips and philtrum) is too tall. You need to measure your lower third to be sure (and rigorous), but if I had to guess I'd say that your ramus is too short (but it could also be both).
A non-rigorous way to tell if your ramus is too short, is to calculate your ramus/ear size ratio. Lachowski's is 0.63 and yours is 0.52, indicating a short ramus (but again, it's not rigorous because ear sizes vary).

If it's your lower third being too tall, you cut get a maxillary impaction (doesnt mean that u should move your maxilla forward, just higher up). But you need to check your occlusal plane first

It's a minor flaw. A slightly more projected chin won't have that much impact on his appeal.

Best thing he can do is gymmax and NTmax. And maybe even shoe lifts to fraud to 6'4".

You have a 0.92 facial index. That means your face is a little too long. Getting impaction would make it closer to 87% (the ideal).
So, basically you need: Some sort of maxillary impaction (but don't move anything forward), a genioplasty, columellar/spine implant/rhino (for the side). You also need some other stuff for the front

If you get MSE, you'll have to get a procedure for the lower arch as well: SFOT/MSDO or just an orthodontics treatment

It would make your lips slightly wider. I've had MSE and it made them a little wider (by around 2mm in total). From the front, your lips are your biggest failo (lip width/alar base is off and the shape is bad), so you'll have to maximize their horizontal width
And looking at your buccal corridors, you need a wider palate anyways.
You can also get SARPE instead of MSE, it makes (almost) no difference in adults
