Consultation w/ Surgeon

Surgeon agreed with 2 separate procedures:

Upper-eyelid Reduction
Increase in prominence in the zygomatic area via triangular osteotomy (4-5mm)

and a 2nd procedure for a Lefort I (2-3mm advancement)

and an "online grafting" for my midface (what's this?)

Is it just me, or is this way too conservative

yup, a lefort and two other invasive surgeries plus an online grafting is definitely way too conservative

Yeah 2mm is too small that’s surprisingly conservative for a surgeon offering to do all that work
