Per my last thread of seeking out surgeons, I just made a consultation. Seeking out Bimax with a couple MM of movement as well as rhinoplasty and sliding genio. The journey begins.

I've currently mapped out my cost somewhere around $50,000 USD for my surgeries. Willing to take any questions/advice in the mean time.
