What I asked for:
- Trimax with custom plates and guides
- Custom saddled PEEK infraorbital-malar implants

Emphasizing conservative, natural-looking results that will harmonize well with my base.

But, I will be deferring to his professional opinion and aesthetic eye. So it could very well end up being just a genio, or genio + jaw angles, etc. We’ll see. Either way, very excited.
