First I would say “i would only use mse for an anchorage for FM and turn just enough for a suture split for faster protraction with FM and that won’t ruin my bite.
If he’s uncomfortable with that I will open with fixing bite options they are:
1. upper teeth lingual torque + uprighting lower teeth
2. SFOT
3. MSDO
I need MSE+FM so badly. And I will get it.

Also I can’t say I have airway problems because I don’t and they usually want a ENT referral
