only wear contacts when you go "out" out. glasses are better for you. wearing contacts 1-3 times a week though is fine and looks better for most people. only do it when it will benefit you though

yeah i was thinking of getting both cuz i know im nearsighted

i have to call my eye specialist to reserve a test then i will now what is my prescription
