What are the negatives/positives that contacts give your eyes vs glasses? (Other than that you're not wearing glasses at all)

I opted for laser eye surgery. Good investment TBH. Now i have 0.8/1 eyesight from 0.1/1.

Lenses' biggest failo is that sooner or later they will give you eye infection. Treatable but unpleasant.

You think I can hold on to the lenses for like 2-3 years without getting any infection?

Yeah I use them too. Not often though, they give me dry eyes

Yes.

It is because you take them with your fingers, you touch your eyes during the day, and take them out. Risk is not high, but everyone wearing them will sooner or later get some kind of eye infection.

You think I can hold on to the lenses for like 2-3 years without getting any infection?

Yes, of course. But it is all luck and chances, like most things.

And some people are really unlucky. My colleague was wearing dailies. And she got Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in her eye. In like 3 days, before the docs finally diagnosed her, the bacteria damaged her cornea, now she either has an option of corneal transplant to get 1/1 vision there, or always have like 0.2/1, and no lenses help for this. But this shit is VERY RARE. She was very unlucky. usually you would just get conjuctivitis for. week.

I personally wore lenses, no problems. But i decided to do laser because of the convenience, and price.

Try acuvue hydraluxe.

I could not wear ANY lenses before i found this brand. Other brands were intolerable, like someone put sand in my eyes.
