Some things aren't possible with surgery. As brutal as LL can be it has much more of a clear cut goal than trying to surgermax your face. There are alterations you just can't make with your face and limitations to every surgery.

Never said LL wasn't expensive, just that it has a clear cut goal and that is to make you taller. Any surgical changes to the face would require a long amount of facial analysis to learn what changes would fit best and to find out if they're even possible surgically. With LL, despite how brutal it is has a very solid goal of making you taller, something you don't need to over analyse nor do you need to personalise for every individual case.

LL in Turkey will cost you around 7k - 16k, though if you care about not losing your legs you can get it with a much lower complication rate for 40k in a place like Korea. Double jaw surgery (bimax) can run you anywhere from 20k-50k. These numbers are a bit cherry picked as some LL clinics will run you 100k+ whilst I don't think you'll find bimax at that price less you were to visit someone like Sailer. But it's to put into perspective that LL isn't as expensive as some think it is nor are other surgeries as cheap as some think they are. Even a good rhino can go beyond 10k though you're likely to find it for lower.
