I measured my circumference as 12 cm and the length at around 13,5 cm

Yet there is a lot of contradicting information tbh.

Like 15,35 cm Mean Length in ITALY? Seriously?

Or 14,53 cm mean in Austria?

How trustworthy are these studies?
