anyone have a good guide on increasing contrast?

Depends but usually contrast on your face is PRIMARILY eye colour,hair colour, skin colour
then sclera white and lip colour could help
depends what you have right now but if your white getting darker hair would increase contrast or wearing contacts if you have shit eye colour.
