Very few members on this site have the infamous Contributor Role:
You get given this role if you have made substantial contributions to this community, through providing engaging and informative threads. An example of such a user would be @itzyaboyJJ, who taught me a lot of unique stuff
1st Suggestion
My suggestion is that such a user should have additional perks that the average user does not have. Specifically, he should get an increased capped tag of 30 users in every post.
WHY?
The maximum for the average user is around 6/7 currently, but somebody who has this role has shown to a sufficient degree, that he provides valuable information.
So it makes sense the Contributor should have the right to tag a larger number of people who have asked to be tagged in his next High IQ thread
he will be dropping.
2nd Suggestion
My second suggestion is that such a user should be allowed access to the VIP+ section.
WHY?
Now let's keep it real... everything that has already been revealed in the VIP section we already know // can find out easily through fellow VIP friends .
Even then, I think the guy with Contributor should get the mutual respect in return for having spent his time and effort for this site.
But...
So let's talk about the money
.
In exchange for losing (at theoretical maximum) a few hundred dollars worth of potential income (that the users would have never purchased regardless -- we know all the info), you have a user who feels as if he has been shown respect in return for willingly providing his time and effort for the betterment of others on this site.
In return, the Contributor will consistently provide threads worthy of merit.. whilst also encouraging the majority of naïve newgens to dedicate time towards getting the "Contributor" role, to get access to
GATEKEPT information . This relies on you 
selling the idea.
If I were you, I'd have 10 Contributors in circulation, and bottom 3 gets replaced 100% every 3 month cycle (due to least number of high quality threads). Turn it into a competitive game.
Remember, the more looksmaxxing threads you pump out, the more traction this site will get.
Which is why it's essential to transition this site from one prioritising Incel culture to one that prioritises Looksmaxxing. Whenever you do, you're bound to see growth. Majority of newgens will join and continue this cycle, and it will turn into a compound effect... all you have to do is start.

WHY?
Explained above. Turn it into a competitive game, and this site will naturally start it's competitiveness amongst guys. You might think initially it'll be slow
, and there's a chance you're right... but when new users join, they'll start to glorify this role, leading to benefit for everyone. You get more traction = more 
...and uslooksmaxxers actually start exploring new ideas. For example, I have genuinely hundreds
I've written down, but never had the motivation to enact on... because nobody else is, what's the point?
4th Suggestion
Last suggestion is to have the 10 contributors (or however many), get to collectively decide what thread should be Pinned every week. They all get 1 vote towards this.
WHY?
These members produce High Effort Threads. They know which other High Effort threads should be put into the limelight, much better than the average user does. This added perk will also incentivise all users to want this role
