Would like to share a simple technique I use to not ejaculate and last longer.
Many do not realize this, but when we are about to ejaculate, we automatically and unconsciously contract the muscles of the thighs and legs and accelerate the respiratory rate. Realizing this, the most obvious way is to consciously breathe in slowly and rhythmically, and relax the lower part of the body.
It takes training, but it can be done, it's very easy to train but it takes focus and attention. Try it right now. When you are masturbating, keep breathing slowly and rhythmically at all times and suggest yourself: "My legs are relaxed", repeat this and always relax your legs, only with this you will take longer to reach the climax, but the other part, when you get close to climax you have to contract the urethra muscle as if you were avoiding urination.
It's the hardest part because you have to tighten this muscle but not tighten your thighs and legs, but with training it's possible.
Hope this helps anyone who needs it. It's quite simple.
If anyone has any questions, ask.
