You’re right, they absolutely do that. I witnessed it myself first-hand. My weakest point is still classroom management. I guess it’s because I’m high inhib and timid. Is it even possible to get to that level while staying high inhib, or do I have no choice but to lower my inhibition as time goes on?

Standing in front of the classroom again and again will naturally let you lose that inhibition. You'll begin to say "fuck it", but in a good way. Ypu'll begin to actually have fun.

The first teaching gig I had was standing in front of a bunch of 3 year olds having to do the gayest dances you could ever imagine, with hot female co workers and dudes the same age as me standing in the back of the classroom watching my performance.
