Convince Mom to let me have surgery for my deviated septum

I have deviated septum I'm pretty sure its to blame for my nose asymmetry. I'm very well off and my parents are educated, I tried bringing up surgery for it to my Mom but she shut it down really quick and the whole encounter came off as weird. How should I ask for one? I would want it preferably before I turn 18 so I don't gotta pay for it. Should I argue its for my health or something?

just say you can't breathe well through your nose and it causes you to mouth breathe which is bad for health.

septoplasty alone won't correct a assymetrical nose, it will only affect the inside. You need it paired with rhinoplasty for a septorhinoplasty.

If post #2 doesn't work, then just emotional dump on your mom. Tell her you're getting bullied for your nose at school and you want surgery for it or you will kill yourself
