Convince my friend to take accutane

I know this dude that has probably one of the worst acnes ive seen so i recommended him to go on accutane. problem is he is scared of it and doesn't know side effects , he also told me that he's looked into it and apparently it gets worse before it gets better. To which i replied to go back up you have to propel yourself fron the bottom and then he still declined, How do I convince him before it's too late and his face is full of acne scars

The thing is that there are A LOT OF people who are just fcking idiots, and stick to something that they believe, instead of learning changing and applying, so at the end of the day if that mf doesn't understand learn and implament he will not change(his ways)
