it’s such fakery, the taste is way lighter it almost tastes like nothing especially if it’s muscle meat
honestly the only animal stuff i eat raw is the liver, sometimes the heart. i eat animal heart everyday but mainly cooked
and then muscle meat i always eat it cooked, it just tastes better
