I relapsed on cooked starch yesterday.

I ate a whole box of organic poptarts.

My hands are tingling.

It's an early sign of diabetes.

The older you get the less you can tolerate processed (cooked) carbohydrates.

I still think raw forms of sugar are ok but cooked starch is the enemy.
