Well most meat comes from some mass produced shit , best way is to try it out yourself honestly i did nothing really happened but it tasted disgusting so i went back but one of my buds got some food poisoning

Main argument is that cooking destroys nutrients against cooked food, and main argument is that raw can get you sick. If you get food from a local and reputable farm eating raw should be fine

Depends on the meat.
If it's chicken, you better cook it well, or you're going on a trip to salmonella town real soon nigga.
If it's high quality beef, well prepared and handled, for a dish like steak tartare or beef carpaccio, then the risk is minimal.
If it's a steak, you only need to give it a nice sear, and you're good to go. Beef generally doesn't have bacteria on the inside, unlike chicken.
Other meat like prosciutto, which is ham essentially, might not be traditionally cooked, but it is dry cured, which is a form of cooking technically.

raw meat is healthier. no carcinogens, higher bioavailability, complete nutrient profile, hydrating, maintains the enzymes and bacteria naturally present. cooked meat is a degraded form of meat, though still "healthy" i would say, definitely not as healthy as raw meat.
