So, 1.5 weeks ago I met a girl who liked me, and I really liked her too. But we live in different cities, so she eventually had to leave, and I was really upset about it. My cortisol was probably high for the past week, and I got an inflamed pimple on my face. I also go to boxing classes, and while sparring I got hit a few times. Since then, the left side of my face has been really swollen for about a week. It looks so bad, I can’t even look at the left side of my face anymore. I tried to debloat, but it won’t work. What should i do
