Is one of the BEST things you can do for your weight and general health.
You have full control over what goes in it, how many calories how many ingredients etc + tastes better than cheap take away shit.
Water to some, but not for all

It takes too long lmao now after 12 hours cleaning coronavirus infected toilets in hospital the LAST THING I want is cook, let alone anything decent which would require some time.

Just give me my 3.50£ barbecue wings meal with Pepsi plz :feelswhy:

You pretty much have to cook your own food if you wanna lose weight. No carb diet is hard to pull off if someone else is cooking for you

Why no carbs lmao.
keto and carnivore are 2 of the most retarded diets i've ever heard

So? I'm just talking about leanmaxxing here and getting rid of bodyfat
You can lose fat with a high carb diet too....
For losing fat CICO matters.
Sure fats are more satiating for most people i give you that, but you lose weight just as easily on a high carb diet as you can on a low/0 carb diet

If you just try to lose weight through CICO there's a high chance you'll just lose a shit load of muscle mass too. You'll end up with results where you look the same, just with smaller muscle mass. You lose an equal amount of fat and also an equal amount of muscle so you still end up skinnyfat if you are starting out as skinnyfat. I myself literally starved myself one summer and sure I lost a shitload of fat, but I can't help but think if I just trained hard and ate at a no carb diet It would result in me being a lot more shredded. If you are overly fat you should do CICO to start with. But if you're religious about getting down to 10% (if not even lower) you gotta be very careful with what you eat and not just how much you eat.

I see where you're coming from.
But preventing loss of muscle mass can just be done by increasing protein intake

Consider the health implications.
Carbs elevate your blood sugar levels, insulin problems, etc. This accelerates aging and fucks up your cardiovascular system, with crappy lipids and then next thing you know, you have diabetes.
Imo eat whatever you want, but front load proteins/fats before carbs, to lessen the sugar spike from carbs.

chad eats take away everyday and still slays
