dont worry bro, the actually cooming withdrawal symptoms are weak, less than being hungry. it's you thinking you have given up something beneficial that makes u relapse. you havent given up anything tbh. the author uses the example of a cold sore that grwos bigger and bigger everytime you use a cream but makes it disappear for a couple of hours. to get rid of it fully u need to stop using the cream but itll take a bit longer than applying the cream every hour
