For life outside of special circumstances. I think if the universe sends you the right partner, one could engage in occasional sexual activity, after many months/years together, in theory. But I think even that drains you and leads to viewing your partner as an object. I think semen retention is necessary for vitality and serenity, and that the best relationships don't involve sex, so my aim is to retain for life
