Cope Gel?

ive been on prescribed clindamycin + benzoyl peroxide gel for my hormonal acne for about a week now and I of course haven't had any improvement as expected.
I'm meant to take it for about 3 or 6 months and I'm wondering whether or not its just cope and i should try find away to get on accutane.
Although i can't get prescribed for it and can't seem to be able to get it at all.

Any tips?

If the Clindamycin is orally-administered then get off it now and stick with solely benzoyl peroxide.
Speak to your Derm and ask for isotretinoin otherwise import it from India. No, I am not giving you instructions as to how. DYOR.

Nope its a combination, both in one tube i think its 30mg of benzoyl + 10mg of clindamycin, and its topical. you think i should just stick with the procedure and if it doesnt work, my derm will gimme sum stronger.

Okay, topical Clindamycin is fine.
Don't use oral if he offers it.
Ask for isotretinoin on your next visit.

im 15 and im not sure on how to go about that, also is there anything wrong or risks with third world country medication?
