This is the most powerful thing u can do for forward growth be careful tho it might pull ur face too much and ur face might cave in on itself resulting in injury

Put stress on your TMJ. Ngl, with enough pressure, it can wear them down, making your jaw more recessed. At 14, you are still very malleable, so if I were you, I'd try to get braces as fast as I could, and if you are recessed, ask for an expander, as you don't need MARPE because your bones should be very plastic rn, definitely mew, and keep good posture and avoid extraction unless it's causing bone resorption. SO IT'S A COPE, REALLY, BUT IF YOU JUST HAD IT ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR JAW AND ONLY PUSHING UPWARDS AND NOT BACK, IT MAYBE COULD GIVE YOU CW ROTATION, BUT IT PROBABLY WOULDN'T, AND IF IT DID, IT PROBABLY WOULD RELAPSE BACK.
