BThe report Low-Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound (LIPUS) is essentially an acoustic wave (mechanical wave) that generates alternating positive/negative pressure and microfluidic motion without generating destructive thermal effects on cells. Using LIPUS will force Integrins to change their conformation => forcing FAK to autophosphorylate => activating the MAPK/ERK pathway without requiring exogenous FGF protein loading
