Well these methods are called cope by many which is why I used that term. But the truth is without gh, yes they’re basically cope. With gh tho They absolutely can work. It’s context dependent. My view is it’s Cope when you’re natty, effective when on gh

Ofc these methods won’t work normally but being in puberty and injecting growth hormone while doing these methods can definitely make a difference

Well I’m on GH and I’ve done all of this both before and after starting it. When I wasnt on nothing really changed. But on GH I’ve seen crazy improvements. Might be placebo but theoretically it makes sense. GH boosts collagen synthesis, bone remodeling, and soft tissue response, so these methods have a much higher chance of actually working while being on gh
