Personally I think they’re the best part of my physique I have striations and a vein. What do you want me to do outside of just spamming lat raises? I do it like twice a week 2x 35s to failure

train with a higher focus on your back, chest and rear delts. it’ll give you a good v taper

Are my arms too overdeveloped in comparison with the rest of my physique and should I cool it on my arm days to let the rest of my body catch up?

simplify your workouts and do legs twice a week, preferably with 3 days rest between. train core but don’t train obliques because it’ll give your waist a boxy look
