My growth plates still haven’t closed and I’m 186cm, so just above 6’0, and I’m scared I won’t growth spurt again and my plates will close.
1, how can I trigger a spurt or stop my plates closing (don’t wanna hear hgh)
2, if my plates did close, would being comfortable with 6’0 just be cope?

First of all how old are you? And second 6'0 is not that bad, there are a lot of men who would kill for your height so be grateful about it

I am definately grateful, my only worry is that a lot of the brutal public don’t care about gratefulness, and I’m 18 and hit puberty around 13 so I know my plates are gonna close soooon

Well the most you can expect is maybe 2cm but that is it. Just accept it and delete this thread before many more tell you to kys 😭

i think hes just seeking attention because 6 foot irl is tall asf i live in a 3rd world country and am 5'8 and most people here are shorter than me 6'0 is basically giant height here

I mean yeah 6 foot is tall but like there is a chance he lives in tall countries where 6 is average

Hmm first of all forget about the jealous people as this is a valid concern, I'd say yes possible to get taller but if not I'd definitely suggest limb lengthening to 6'3, as 6'2-6'4 is the best possible height and I don't think it really helps big time after that, it's mostly frame and face at that point

yeah you never did too much posts and brainwashing by this site but still tho 186cm is fucking tall asf stop complaining and enjoy life not everyone has that much luck as you some are 172cm with closed plates at 16 like me
