love when people say volufiline is cope because ive seen good progress on my chin and my upper eyelids not so much on my infras but still castor oil has worked very well for my eyelashes and brows

just started the zinc and copper and the hydrocortisone any tips for both? i know there sides with the hydro my plan is 5 days on 2 days off for 2 weeks then use it whenever i need to do i need to supplement magnessium or ashwaganda for the sides of then hydro lmk
